D.Min. in Healing, Deliverance, & Spiritual Warfare

Program Overview

The Doctor of Ministry, Healing, Deliverance, and Spiritual Warfare (DHDSW) program will build highly skilled Spiritual Healing Practitioners who are prepared to start, develop, lead, and build inner-healing, deliverance, pastoral counseling, healing ministries, or related types of spiritual healing practices.

The DHDSW program will be a 24 month program Active Research program.

Action Research revolves around a 5-point methodology.

  1. The concern and justification of the concern of the researcher. In this context, the researcher is one who is interested in specialized healing practice(s). A current body literature review supports the concern and justifies the research.
  2. The Self-description of the practitioner. This is an accurate self-description of the practitioner’s ability, strengths, areas of weakness, and areas of personal growth.
  3. The Action – Each course will require the D.Min. student to choose an action and collect quantitative and qualitative micro-data sets and present that collected data at the end of the course.
  4. The Presentation of the Data – The data sets that support the action will be presented in an easy to understand format for evaluation.
  5. Implication of the Action – The practitioner will present “new knowledge” that can be used to help other practitioners become more skilled in their areas of ministry.
