We do not use special formulas to select students. We look at every single applicant’s academic, personal and professional experiences, to select students who suit to our community with a full range of backgrounds. Every student is created with a unique purpose and calling and we aim to review every applicant with this in mind to help place them in the right program that will ignite, train and equip them to impact their spheres of influence.

Our Training Model
4 Pillars of Learning

Our Training Model is a unique, hybrid teaching style based on the 4 Pillars of Learning. Each of the Pillars complements the others, giving you the opportunity to develop your leadership skills with a robust and dynamic learning experience.

Online Classes

Each program has a list of core courses that are required for graduation designed around a hybrid teaching model that provides the best learning experiences for every student. As part of a cohort, you will participate in these online courses in a group facilitated setting.

Residential Training

Students participate in 3-4 days of intensive courses featuring sessions with internationally recognized leaders. You will receive on-site instruction and impartation to maximize your learning experience with the option to participate online when eligible.

Group Learning

Classes are designed for relational development within each program cohort and students are given the opportunity to interact and engage with one another in a number of different ways all geared towards effective group learning and lasting relationships.

Practitional Research

The entire program is designed around practical application and research tailored to the individual student and showcased through the completion of a final project. Each program is uniquely designed to ignite, train and equip students.

The Application Process

Submit Online Application

Students are required to complete the online application, submit all required forms and pay the application fee.

Application Review

Application will be processed and an initial review completed to determine eligibility and appropriate program placement.

Gather All Necessary Documents

Send in official transcripts, references and copies of their government issued ID for student verification.

Interviewing Process

Students will be contacted to set up a phone interview for verification, to ensure all forms are complete and proper placement is determined.

Final Decision

Students will be notified of the final decision for acceptance into the specified program and provided with a digital version of their acceptance letter.

Acceptance Package

Students will receive an official acceptance package that will include new student information, tuition, enrollment agreements and next steps.

Things To Know First

The general application is required for students applying to any or all of WU’s degree programs. You will be able to choose which program you are applying for on the application form.

You will need :

  • Contact information for the counselor or other school representative who will complete and submit your official transcript of highest education completed..
  • Official ministry and employment resume ready for application upload and submission.
  • Contact information for one peer and one pastoral reference who will complete the Reference form.
  • Nonrefundable $50 application fee. Students who are unable to pay the application fee can request a fee waiver.

When To Apply?

Students can apply at anytime as we do not follow a traditional semester calendar but have classes going all year long. New cohorts begin as soon as the cohort has met capacity of 12-15 students for the specified program.
