Objectives and Outcomes

B.A. in Practical Ministry major is for those who desire to deepen their relationship with an all loving God, and gain a better understanding of their personal identity, gifts and calling. Courses are designed to empower students with a practical and applied understanding of God, scripture and ministry.

Upon completion of this program, students will have an increase in their effectiveness as servant leaders, reformers and revivalists in their arena of cultural influence, be it any combination of business, government, media, arts and entertainment, education, or the family and religion.

Deepen your relationship with an all loving God, and better understand your personal identity, gifts and destiny. Learn in a practical, empowering environment to become a servant leader, reformer and revivalist. Your sphere of influence will never be the same, whether it be business, government, media, arts and entertainment, education, the family or religion.

Learning outcomes are congruent with Christ’s Great Commandment, Commission and Dominion Mandate. Students shall demonstrate that they have achieved the goals or learning outcomes of the program by means of direct and indirect evidence of student learning.

These specific, learning outcomes will shape and inform the design of all courses, supervised ministry experiences, formation activities, and other instructional strategies to establish a coherent and integrated curriculum for the B.A. in Practical Ministry program.

Two references (1 pastoral and 1 peer reference)

Tuition

B.A. in Practical Ministry:

$9,400 per year

Total program cost: $18,800

Online Course List

Students will have rigorous guided online study in a cohort format. With advanced online learning system, a well-designed course structure, and a cohort mentor, WU students will gain valuable knowledge, discuss best practices and receive shift for their ministry and leadership development.

Residential Training

3 RESIDENTIALS (ON-SITE)

Students will participate in 3 required 4-day face-to-face sessions. Students will meet internationally well-known leaders, receive instruction and impartation for personal breakthrough and maximize their learning experience.

Double Honor Eligibility

WU provided a “DOUBLE HONOR”, two-degree model for all programs.

Students who graduate from WU will receive a Religious Degree authorized by the State of California and the State of Colorado. Students who are eligible will receive an Accredited Degree from Shiloh University at the same time they receive the WU Religious degree.

This means, eligible students will receive TWO degrees at same time with one tuition rate for both degrees and will include the will same course load, and same learning experience.

The total tuition for the B.A. in Practical Ministry is $18,800.

The program length is 24 months. Students can choose the following payment method:

Pay annually, will enjoy a 3% tuition deduction
Pay monthly, there will be an additional 3% processing fee

WU does not offer assistance through Federal Student Loan programs.

Finish all required courses with 3.0 GPA or higher
Attend at least 3 times Residencial training
Finish the dissertation and defending
