Objectives and Outcomes

The Wagner University Kingdom Master of Education (KMEd) Program is designed to advance Christian educators to higher levels of professional and personal development through a journey of spiritual empowerment and practical skills. This will prepare them to become educational reformers and thought leaders all around the globe. The KMEd program is ideal for educational practitioners serving P-12 student populations as teachers, administrators, or consultants.
 
Our approach to facilitating 7 Mountain cultural reformation through Christian education is the leading MEd program in the field of advanced academic studies. The Wagner University KMEd offers concentrations in Educational Leadership or Instructional Design. This 2-year program is great for working educators who desire to complete their master’s degree and advance the Kingdom of God in their sphere of influence.

The Wagner University KMEd program is facilitated by expert educators and active research scholars. Our esteemed faculty includes Dr. Dennis A. Sheridan, Dr. Peter W. Hsu, Doctoral Candidate Benny Yang, Dr. Greg Wallace, and Dr. Rob Covell.

KMEd Pathways – KMEd Students can choose between two pathways to earn either a Kingdom Master’s in Educational Leadership or a Kingdom Master’s in Educational Leadership and Instructional Technology by taking 3 additional courses.

If you are a leadership professional who is looking to progress into advance leadership levels, in a strategic management role, or an educational planning or development role, this is the best degree for you.

Learning outcomes are congruent with Christ’s Great Commandment, Commission and Dominion Mandate. Students shall demonstrate that they have achieved the goals or learning outcomes of the program by means of direct and indirect evidence of student learning.

These specific, learning outcomes will shape and inform the design of all courses, supervised ministry experiences, formation activities, and other instructional strategies to establish a coherent and integrated curriculum for the Kingdom Master of Education program.

Admission Requirements

  1. Born-again Christian.
  2. Agree to live a life that honors God and abide by scriptural guidelines outlined in the Bible
  3. Minimum 5 years actively serving in local Church/organization and currently part of local Church body.
  4. Currently in leadership role at a local Church/organization.
  5. Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Biblical Study.
  6. Two references (1 pastoral and 1 peer reference)
  7. Able to conduct on-line learning.

Original total program cost: $21,800 

Scholarship award: *$10,000

Total program cost once scholarship has been awarded: $11,800

Kingdom Master’s in Educational Leadership and Instructional Technology: –

3 Residentials – 18 units
1 Capstone Project – 6 units

3 additional courses- 9 units

Total units for KMEd: 63

Residential Training

Students will participate in 3 required 4-day face-to-face sessions. Students will meet internationally well-known leaders, receive instruction and impartation for personal breakthrough and maximize their learning experience.

Answer: Depending on the program, it will take between 24 and 30 months to earn your degree.

  1. Finish all required courses with 3.0 GPA or higher
  2. Attend at least 3 times Residential training
  3. Finish the Capstone Project
  4. Tuition is paid in full
